I though last night was going to be my last night that I would spend on Earth. I've been having these terrible pains in my abdomen that sometime radiate into my chest. I hadn't had them for a while and they feel like a 'muscle' type pain. Any way, I did eat 3 thin slices of cheese (which I don't usually eat) with my dinner and am sure it has to do with that for some reason. But last night, I was so scared. I was shaking because I was so extremely cold. (AND I am never ever cold, usually I'm burning up). Rick was at work and I think it was better that he not be here to see me in such pain. I just prayed and prayed that God would take the pain away. If I had medical insurance, I think I might have gone to the ER. BUT without insurance, I will NOT EVER NEVER go to the ER. The costs are out of this world. But God is so good. I don't know when I fell asleep, but when I awoke, the pain was totally gone. I thank Him every day when He intervenes for me. Those of you who do have insurance, you are blessed... use it wisely. :)

Oops, I'm not used to leaving comments. Anyway what you want to do BEFORE you eat cheese again, check with your doctor or a healthcare professional about doing that, just to make sure it is ONLY a reaction to eating dairy products. They say 70% of the world's population can't really eat bovine-based dairy products. j
