You probably don't know what you're looking at right now, but hopefully tomorrow I'll have the back stitching done and the picture will pop. Your monitor is correct if you are seeing the stitching on a pale blue material. For those of you 'stitchers' I thought I would really put these new glasses to a test so I'm using 18 count aida. Being away from this art and then to pick it up again... it's like riding a bike... you never forget :)LOLI am also excited about a package I got in the mail today. I LOVE Japanese craft books... especially quilting books. I found these 4 on ebay and got them for a great buy. I haven't even had time to look through them... I'm soooo excited!!!! So, I know what I'll be doing tonight ;)
We are also singing God's praises for our son, Chris. He's going back to school to work on a degree in Animation/Graphic Design/Game Design. This is something he has wanted to do ever since he was a child. Our whole family has been praying for God's will to be done in this situation. Because he is just a few weeks short of being 24 he's in a weird position for getting student aide. Being young in the faith, Chris and I had many many talks about how God answers prayers. But today Chris saw the hand of God reach down and intervene on his behalf and he now has all the financial aid needed for his first year!!!! Thank YOU GOD!!!!! God's answers to our prayers don't always come when we want them to come... sometimes He even says no... sometimes He says 'wait'. But whatever the answer is, we need to thank Him!!!! And know that God Still Answers Prayer. What are you praying for today?
