This is one of those "God patterns". I was listening to a sermon and I saw this in my mind. I'm praying that you are able to see the open Bible below the simple cross. For me this gives me an image to help me understand how important it is to be prepared for any kind of battle... whether it's temptation, trials, or spiritual warfare. Did you put on the Full Armor of God? I did :)

Sue last Wednesday was my night to preach at church and it included putting on the full armor of God, not just the parts you like, but all of it. I love that cloth.
I made one similar at Easter time, but the cross was emerging from an opened egg. I couldn't think of a name for it so I haven't added it to my blog yet.
