It's about the CROSS

I can't remember when was the last time I was with my whole family at Christmas. I've learned that Christmas can be celebrated on a beach with temperatures in the 80s as well as under a roof covered in snow. Some of my most favorite Christmas memories are when we had very little and when gifts cost nothing. It's in these times of want or great harvest that I remember what Christmas is really all about... it's NOT the gifts, it's NOT all the goodies, it's NOT the tree, it's NOT bonuses, It's NOT even the carols or Christmas readings... but it IS when God came down and proved HIS love to us... to ALL of us.... He GAVE what HE had with no expectation of GETTING anything in return... HE GAVE US LIFE, and PEACE, and JOY, and HEALING to any of us who believe.
