I also wanted to write something here to express my sadness at what has happened this week in the Amish community. For many years I have read all that I could about this wonderful group of people and have been inspired, as a teacher and Christian, at their way of life. Although the tragedy of these senseless killings will never be erased from my mind, I look to these gentle people as truly examples for me of Christ's love and grace. I've come across a website that is so informative on this. If you'd like to know more about how the Amish are handling this crisis, this is a good site to visit.
