The Countdown Is On :)

One of my earliest memories of Hawaii was when I was about 6 or 7 when Mom & Dad piled us all into the station wagon and our cousins joined us in an adventure to our local drive in (that's a cinema that is outside under the stars, for those of you too young to know) Any way, we went to see BLUE HAWAII with ELVIS. I still watch this movie on dvd about once every 2 weeks. A lot of things have changed in the movie, but a lot has not and I remember driving on some of those streets and highways that are in the movie. There are also many tourist spots that you can get a glimpse of as Elvis & Maile pass by. I love seeing all of those things as well as listening to some really great music!!! With all that said... we have 23 more days till we go home!!!! (for a visit ;)LOL) We are sooooo excited!!! We just can't wait. And both Rick and I are dreading having to leave before we even get there. :( But we are so blessed to be going, so we aren't going to complain :) Have fun viewing ELVIS!!!
