Today I want to again make available to you the next teaching from Randy Alcorn in the study of what lies ahead for those of us who have asked Jesus into our hearts. You might ask why I mention this act of repentance so often on my blog and the simple reason is that if you do not have Jesus in your heart or know Him as your personal savior you have no access to Heaven. It doesn't matter how nice you are or how much of yourself and your money that you give, if you don't have Jesus, you don't get in. That might sound like a very narrow view of God's love, but it God's view. John writes the following in John 3: 16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. (NIV) So, in order to be seen as a child of the ONLY God, one must believe in him. That he was born of a virgin, died on the cross, rose again, and that he sits at the father's right hand. Listen to what little Jared preaches about the challenge of accepting Jesus and making the right choice in your life. And then continue to come back to learn more about the home you have in Heaven and how we will live on a NEW Earth. How wonderful!!
