Plans and a prayer...

For those of you who follow Harvest Moon, I'm getting ready for our annual New Year's Eve sale. I think it's going to be fun for those who love what God has blessed us with. We're going to be posting a new Pattern Grouping as well as having a ***Search & Find*** sale. :) We're going to be offering a large number of patterns for $1.00. The sale only lasts a few hours, but it's a lot of fun!!! So, if you're a knitter be sure to stop by the UPPER ROOM and see what all the excitement is about. For the first time ever we will be offering a bib & bath set as well as some cloths that can also be made into European bath mitts.

And now for the real blessing... as I've been spending more time in the Word of God, I've been finding treasures that I had forgotten about or new things I had never seen before. The prayer below is one of those. Paul is talking to the Ephesians and he is praying for the Spiritual Growth of the people in that church. But it's such a beautiful prayer, I had to share it with you tonight...
Ephesians 3: 14 - 23:
"When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father,[a] 15 the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.[b] 16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. 17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 21 Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen." (NLT)

May this be my prayer for my brothers and sisters throught the world this coming year. May you be blessed with God's love and grace no matter where you are or what country you call home for as long as we are brothers and sisters in the Lord we are truely one family with one Father, the Almighty God. Amen

Hey Sue!

I just happened on your blog after being on one about 'Simple English Gematria', whereas, A=1,B=2...Z=26. Simple=74, English=74, Gematria=74, Jesus=74 (J10+e5+s19+u21+s19), GOD=7_4. Thought you might also be interested in these patterns?

I see you are a Christian and a Bible reader, good(7__4). Are we seeing signs of The Revelation? Is the War In Iraq the 'destruction of Babylon'? Is the BP oil spill in the Gulf fulfilling Rev 16:3?

Pardon me if my comment is off-topic from your blog. God bless you and your family.
